Liquefied Natural Gas
Liquefied Natural Gases (LNG's), from a variety of sources, are finding an increased market in the US. However all natural gases are not the same. Some LNG's are considered too "hot" for direct use because of their high Wobbe Index. Interchangeability concerns may keep these gases from flowing directly into domestic gas pipelines. Standby Systems has technology to condition gases prior to pipeline injection using a variety of methods. The conditioned gas is monitored using several interchangeability criteria to assure compliance with desired (adjust gas) characteristics. |

Off-Spec Natural Gas
Large amounts of off-spec natural gases are available that do not meet "pipeline quality" without some sort of adjustment. The gas may have too low a Wobbe Index due to high inert content or it may be rich in ethane. In many cases, Standby can design a solution to allow use of these valuable energy streams. |
